Operation Hydration

"Watering the world one well at a time"

Operation Hydration is a project started by Northwest Youth Group. This project is attempting to raise money to build wells in areas that desperately need clean drinking water. With the support of our friends, family, and community we can change the lives of millions families.

Statistics:

The water and sanitation crisis claims more lives through disease than any war claims through guns.
84 percent of water related deaths are in children ages 0-14
A child dies of water born diseases about every 15 seconds (that’s about 12 children just since you started reading this article). By this time tomorrow, another 2,500 will be dead.
In just one day, more than 200 million hours of women’s time is consumed for the most basic of human needs — collecting water for domestic use.
